Meet Michelle!
“Michelle was born and raised in Nevada County where family roots run deep. She grew up playing sports, dancing, hiking, mountain biking, and enjoying nature. She discovered, at an early age, her passion for the fitness and health world.
She did Sports Medicine ROP where she interned at a local physical therapy office. She then went to Santa Cruz to play soccer and was in the athletic training program. From there, she was recruited to play soccer in Kansas and continue her studies in Biology. After completing her years of eligibility in soccer, she transferred to Sac State and got her B.S. in Kinesiology with emphasis in therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation.
She began personal training in early 2016 and explored multiple areas of the field. She specializes in Corrective Exercise, Strength and Conditioning, Postural Deviation, Bodybuilding, weight loss, Behavior Change, and overall wellness. She worked for Radius:Physical + Sports Rehab for three years as the Rehabilitation Specialist. She felt like there was more she could add to the tool belt to aid her is her career of helping others live their best life with a Holistic approach. She decided to attend NHI and became a Certified Massage Therapist.
She now gets the pleasure of working along side family, training at Limitless Fitness, and performs bodywork at her studio. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage.
She feels she has found her calling in helping others become stronger and happier versions of themselves, living more fully, and building genuine connections.
On her off time, you can find her playing soccer, hiking, lifting, paddle boarding, adventuring, spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoying the beautiful place we live.”
